Viewing trip and consists of a return flight, all transfers and accommodation in a 3 star hotel.

Day 1
Flight from London Gatwick airport to Varna (Bourgas - Sofia Airport).
Pick up at the airport by one of our sales executives and transferred to a hotel in Sunny Beach.
That evening clients are left to relax or explore as they so desire (no need to feel pressurised into staying with our sales executives)
Day 2
Pick up from the hotel by a sales executive
We take you on your viewing trip. This can be as long, or as short as you desire Once we have show you our own properties in that region and the complex sites, you get the opportunity to ask our sales executives any questions/concerns that you may have and visit the Premier Estates offices. You are then returned to your accommodation.
Day 3
Visit more properties of your choice, or revisit developments already viewed.
Day 4
Pick up from your accommodation by one of our sales executives and transferred to the airport.
Flight home.

We regret that we cannot book viewing trips until payment has been received, via card payment.

OPTION 2

If the client wishes to arrange their own flights, or stay in Bulgaria we will be delighted to assist them in arranging accommodation and also in arranging transfers from their hotel to our complexes, or just turn up at one of our offices in Sunny Beach.
