Payment plan:

• €1,000 Euro reservation fee
• 10% less reservation fee, due within three weeks
• 15% within 15 days of completion of roof
• 45% within 30 days of completion of the building
• 30% within one year of completion

Construction Schedule:

• March 2005 - Construction begins
• Sept/Oct. 2005 - Rough construction completed
• June 2006 - Completion of building

Maintenance Fee: Marina Fort Beach apartment owners also pay a one-year fee*, which covers:

• Maintenance of the territory of the complex
• Maintenance of the common parts of the buildings
• Maintenance of the swimming pools
• Maintenance of the green area of the complex
• Year round security
• Using of the swimming pools
• Electric lighting of the common territories
• Electric lighting of the common parts of the building

*The fee is €5.70 Euro per square metre per year + VAT 20% with the following discounts:
€4,75 Euro per square metre for each apartment a year + VAT 20% - for advance payment for three years.
€4,00 Euro per square metre for each apartment a year + VAT 20% - for advance payment for five years.

Reserve your apartment today! ~ An apartment can be reserved on payment of only £250 reservation fee, this is refundable against the initial deposit for the property only. Reservation payments can be made by credit card (all major credit cards accepted). The reservation fee will be refunded once the deposit is paid, however if you decide not to buy, the reservation fee is non-refundable.
