Payment Plan

• 20% at signing the preliminary contract
• 20% at finishing the rough construction (Roof)
• 40% at completion of the complex
• 20% within one year from the readiness of the building. (During this period the client has the Right to Use the property.)

Maintenance Costs

The maintance charge per year will be €6.9 Euros per sqm + VAT 20% with the following discounts: less €5,75 Euro per SqM for each apartment a year + VAT 20% - for advance payment for 3 years
less €4, 85 Euro per SqM for each apartment a year + VAT 20% - for advance payment for 5 years

This is an annual fee, covering the following:

• Maintenance of the territory of the complex
• Maintenance of the common parts of the buildings

• Year round security

• Electric lighting of the common territories
• Electric lighting of the common parts of the building

Optional Extras
The following services can be provided for an additional payment:

• Payment of the apartment utility bills (taxes, electricity, water etc.)
• Rent-a-car
• Furnishing of the apartments
• Use of the fitness club, tennis court, sauna, beauty centre, medical services

Reserve your apartment today! ~ An apartment can be reserved on payment of only £250 reservation fee, this is refundable against the initial deposit for the property only. Reservation payments can be made by credit card (all major credit cards accepted). The reservation fee will be refunded once the deposit is paid, however if you decide not to buy, the reservation fee is non-refundable.
